We undertake a variety of works within this sector, providing design solutions to meet clients needs. Some of our recent projects have involved works within an agriculture setting providing new lighting, circuit protection and general upgrading to ensure a safe working environment.
LANDLORDS & ESTATE MANAGEMENT
ICA undertake Electrical installation condition reports EICRs for landlords and letting agents to ensure their properties are up to a safe electrical standard also with working smoke alarms and we have many clients that we regularly do this for.

We are an approved NICEIC contractor and have been registered with the NICEIC for over 15 years . We have annual assessments with the NICEIC to ensure we demonstrate and most importantly carry out works which comply with current BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations)
