We have extensive experience on new build projects ranging from affordable housing schemes for local authorities such as Saxon Weald, as well as completing one off design and build high specification properties.
In addition to this we carry out new build projects for major house builders along with undertaking after build customer care and trouble shooting on occupied new build properties during their warranty periods
COMMERCIAL
We undertake a variety of works within this sector, providing design solutions to meet clients needs. Some of our recent projects have involved works within an agriculture setting providing new lighting, circuit protection and general upgrading to ensure a safe working environment. We have also undertaken warehouse refits for a major builders merchant and premises revamps for a chain of local hairdressers. We also carry out planned maintenance such as lamp replenishment in retail premises and offices.
We undertake new emergency lighting installations, periodic test and inspections and reports to comply with BS5266. We can also design and install emergency lighting to ensure that an employers requirement to provide emergency lighting within a workplace is fulfilled and installed to current standards.
LANDLORDS & ESTATE MANAGEMENT
If you are a landlord the law deems that you are responsible of ensuring that your property is safe. ICA undertake periodic test and inspections for landlords and letting agents to ensure their properties are up to a safe electrical standard also with working smoke alarms and we have many clients that we regularly do this for. We also carry out planned maintenance such as checking lighting and timers are working in communal areas.
